BTD/BTK & BPD/BPK Blowers
Kongskilde BTD and BPD blowers are direct coupled and BTK and BPK blowers are indirect coupled centrifugal units designed for handling of material through the blowers. The blowers are equipped with a self-cleaning rotor, which has backward curved blades and an aerodynamic intake.
The range covers the air volumes from 800 cu.m. to 37,000 cu.m. The pressure goes up to 1170 mm WG. The blowers are available with various rpm for both 50Hz and 60 Hz.B
TRL – FRL-FEA Blowers 50 HZ
The FEA blower model is particularly built for ventilation tasks.
The Kongskilde blowers are very suitable for a wide variety of applications, including air supply, conveying purposes, and ventilation where high pressure are required.
When using FRL models light material as e.g. plastic flakes suitable for light dust and shavings exhaust purposes.
The Kongskilde TRL high-pressure blowers are available in a wide range of sizes – providing a variety of performance characteristics capable of meeting specific industrial requirements.
MTD Blower
Kongskilde MTD blowers are direct coupled centrifugal units designed for handling material through the blowers.
The MTD blowers are equipped with a self-cleaning rotor, which has backward curved blades and an aerodynamic intake.
The range covers the air volumes from 1000 cu.m/h (590 cfm) to 12000 cu.m./h (7000 cfm). The pressure goes up to 460 mm WG (18 inch WG). The MDT blowers are available with 50 Hz or 60 Hz motor.
MTK Blower
Kongskilde MTK blowers are indirect coupled centrifugal units designed for handling of material through the blowers.
The MTK blowers are equipped with a self-cleaning rotor, which has backward curved blades and an aerodynamic intake The range covers the air volumes from 4000 cu.m. to 50000 cu.m.
The pressure goes up to 1020 mm WG. The MDK blowers are available with various rpm for both 50Hz and 60 Hz.
MULTIAIR Blower
The Multiair high pressure blower is the heart in many Kongskilde solutions and can be found in installations all over the world.
A great advantage of the Multiair is the low noise level and the fact that the Multiair is weatherproof. This allows for a flexible positioning of the blower – either inside the production area or outside the facility depending on space availability.
Kongskilde offers a number of blower sizes in the Multiair 1000, 2000- and 3000 series in both 50 Hz and 60 Hz versions.
Optional equipment such as regulation and filter unit is available.
